Turn your oven into a healthy air fryer! This two-piece set comprises a oven tray and a crisper basket. Placing food into the crisper basket allows hot air to circulate around your food, providing even cooking on all sides without using any fat or oil. Any fat from the food itself is captured on the non-stick oven tray which, like the crisper, features a non-stick coating for easy cleaning.

Our Durastone® Professional Crisper comes in two sizes for all of your cooking needs:
– Standard K441BK (32cm x 25cm x 5cm)
– Family size K445BK (33.5cm x 25cm x 8cm)

The crisper is oven safe to 220°C. It is also dishwasher safe, although we recommend hand washing to optimise longevity of the non-stick coating.
