Introducing Cermalon’s ® brand new Heritage Gold collection; comprising of a small frying pan (20cm*4.3cm), medium frying pan (24cm*4.8cm), milk pan (14cm*6.5cm), medium saucepan (16.7*7.5cm) and a large saucepan (20cm*9cm) both saucepans come with glass lids with steam vents.

They are designed to distribute heat more effectively and evenly, allowing food rich in protein to cook more quickly. In addition they provide a healthier alternative to cooking with oil, fat or butter.

These pans have been made from high quality, lightweight 2.5mm pressed aluminium, are finished with a contemporary heat resistant matt black exterior and are PTFE & PFOA free for your peace of mind.

Their induction bases will work with any hob, whether it’s ceramic, gas, induction, halogen or solid-plate electric. The specialist heat diffusing base heats up faster and retains heat for longer, meaning more effective and efficient cooking.

The pans interior is made from a specially designed high gloss, non-stick ceramic coating; which as well as being easier to clean will also provide you with a healthy alternative to traditional cooking with oil, fat or butter. This coating is designed to last, meaning it won’t flake or burn off.

The cookware is oven safe up to 250° and comes with stylish vacuum plated handles which give the Heritage Gold Collection its unique and stylish look.
