A large UK based Home Shopping Business asked A365 to provide an in-depth analysis of the UK Floorcare market and assist in the development of a new private label floorcare range.

A365 worked with the buying team to develop the most appropriate range architecture, specifications and price points prior to designing and sourcing the complete product range of vacuum cleaners and steam mops.

The range is now well established in the market and sales are now double the level they were before A365 got involved
